Bitcoin (BTC): Binance CEO Announces Imminent Price Rise

There are many players in the crypto industry who have predicted the explosion in the price of the flagship crypto. The boss of crypto firm Binance thinks it won’t take long for that prospect to materialize.

Like several members of the crypto community, Changpeng Zhao believes that the price of bitcoin should soon see peaks. The boss of Binance is however much more precise as to the period of occurrence of this projection.

According to CZ’s findingsthe surge in the price of bitcoin should occur in 2025. The valuation of bitcoin should then climb a new stage, one year after the halving scheduled for next year.

“The year following the halving is usually a bull year”, the official said. The latter also thinks that the halving will not be the only driver behind the explosion in the price of bitcoin.

The Bitcoin ETF application recently introduced by asset manager BlackRock should also participate in this momentum. In any case, Changpeng Zhao sees this development in a positive light.

It is, according to him, an initiative that could be “extremely beneficial” for the crypto industry. An opinion shared by many crypto analysts questioned on the issue. Although for the moment, nothing says that the SEC will be favorable to this file. Either way, the Binance boss remains positive about the outlook for the crypto market.

“Anyone getting into crypto and not yet there [installés, Ndlr] today will lead others to get started. Will they compete with us for existing users? Yes, probably a little. But to be honest, look at our user base. Overlap is minimal”replied the boss, when asked if BlackRock could grab crypto market share from Binance.

In other words, Changpeng Zhao is convinced that cryptos will be so profitable that everyone will benefit from it. This optimism does not overshadow the many challenges, particularly regulatory, that this industry still has to face.
