The latter come from former employees of the company. Employees, including ex-NFL player Teyo Johnson. Last year, the latter accused Janine Yorio, CEO of Everyrealm, of sexual harassment, harassment and discrimination.
Two other employees, namely Katherine Yost and Gatsby Frimpong also made similar accusations. The first criticizes his former boss for his discriminatory behavior motivated by his disability and his bisexual identity. As for the second, he also denounces acts of sexual harassment.
The legal battle between the two parties seems to drag on, both parties agreed to settle to end it. The settlement commits Everyrealm to pay financial compensation to each of its accusers.
Thus, Teyo Johnson should receive compensation of $51,456. This, in exchange for a public apology to the Everyrealm board and CEO. Both Katherine Yost and Gatsby Frimpong received payments as well. This, despite having been dismissed from their respective legal actions.
In total, Everyrealm has spent approximately $128,000 to settle grievances, which were initially disputed. Now, the company says it wants to move forward.
