Chainlink has just launched Transporter, a secure crypto transfer application between different blockchains. Based on Chainlink's cross-chain interoperability protocol (CCIP), this solution promises to simplify and secure transactions across multiple networks.

Developed in partnership with the Chainlink Foundation and Chainlink Labs, the Transporter app offers a user-friendly interface to easily transfer tokens between 8 major blockchains, including Ethereum, Polygon and Binance Chain.
Users can therefore monitor their transactions in real time via Chainlink's CCIP Explorer, at no additional cost other than those charged by CCIP service providers. 24/7 support and visual tracking of key milestones like confirmation and finality provide peace of mind and transparency.

Chainlink pushes the boundaries with a new transfer mechanism
At the heart of Transporter, Chainlink's CCIP protocol ensures the end-to-end security of every transaction. Its robustness is based on the use of multiple decentralized oracle networks and an independent risk management system, eliminating any single point of failure.
To further strengthen this security, Chainlink has subjected CCIP code to rigorous audits. The company has also implemented configurable throughput limits per channel and per token. The objective: to significantly reduce the risks of hacking linked to cross-chain transfers, thus representing nearly 50% of hacks in the crypto universe.
Chainlink has also enhanced CCIP with a new mechanism allowing native ETH transfers via WETH token pools. A significant advance for the protocol's lock/unlock functions.
