BNB enters the US spot ETF market. VanEck has launched the first crypto-backed fund in the Binance ecosystem, providing investors with regulated exposure to one of the market's leading assets. This new listing marks a further step in the opening of Wall Street to cryptos beyond bitcoin and ether.

In brief
- VanEck launches the first BNB spot ETF in the United States and opens a new regulated gateway to the Binance ecosystem.
- The product allows traditional investors to gain direct exposure to BNB through US financial markets.
- The asset manager highlights the strong activity of BNB Chain, with more than 14 million daily transactions and 2.5 million active users.
- This initiative strengthens the presence of cryptocurrencies in traditional finance and could accelerate institutional interest in altcoins.
Wall Street opens its doors to BNB
This launch comes as crypto ETFs are multiplying since the successive approvals granted to bitcoin then to ether. VanEck highlights a structure designed to simplify access to BNB for traditional investors.
THE product is distinguished in particular by several characteristics:
- A listing on Nasdaq under the ticker VBNB;
- Direct exposure to BNB;
- The preservation of assets by Anchorage Digital Bank via a cold storage system;
- Management fees set at 0.39%.
With this product, VanEck extends the range of cryptos accessible via traditional American financial infrastructures.
VanEck banks on the operational power of the BNB Chain
Beyond the financial product itself, VanEck justifies its initiative by the performance of the BNB Chain ecosystem. Patrick Bush, head of digital investment products at the company, points out that “BNB is built on one of the most widely used blockchains in the world, with more than 14 million transactions processed every day and more than 2.5 million daily active users”. The asset manager also highlights a network that hosts more than $16 billion in stablecoins as well as $3.6 billion in tokenized real-world assets.
These indicators reflect significant economic activity on the blockchain and allow VanEck to defend the investment thesis associated with BNB. The company thus seeks to position the asset as a major crypto by its capitalization, but also as the engine of an ecosystem used daily on a large scale.
VanEck's initiative could now serve as a benchmark for other asset managers looking to expand the crypto ETF universe beyond bitcoin and ether. The ability of the BNB-related product to attract institutional capital will be an indicator closely monitored by the market. If investor interest is confirmed, this new step could strengthen the place of large alternative blockchains in traditional finance and fuel discussions around future investment vehicles backed by other major cryptos.
