Total immersion in the Qubic ecosystem

March 2025, Madrid. The Spanish capital has hosted one of the most anticipated blockchain events of the year: the Hackathon Qubic.

For 48 hours non-stop, the best developers around the world clashed in a time trial race to design innovative applications on this new decentralized infrastructure.

Among the participants: QULANG, a multidisciplinary French team, resolved to measure themselves the world's tech elites. At its head, a pitcher responsible for defending the vision of the project, supported by a principal engineer, a technical manager, and several junior developers.

Their mission? Dominate the Qubic testnet, an experimental version of the thought network to encourage audacity and rapid prototyping. No question of playing small arm: from the first hours, the team adopted a clear strategy – understand, build, iterer.

“” The hardest part is staying lucid without sleeping. But this is where we see who really holds on to his idea “Confides a member of Freekaz Groupeyes surrounded, but the sharp mind.

The stakes were in size: 80,000 euros in awards, spread between 20,000 euros in cash and 60,000 euros in development support. But beyond the kitty in play, it is the possibility of contributing to the evolution of a new generation protocol that motivated the troops.

An innovative solution at the crossroads of AI and blockchain

The project designed by QULANG is part of a substantive trend: the strategic union between artificial intelligence and decentralized technologies.

The flagship idea of the French team? Create a decentralized marketplace where providers of AI models could offer their services directly to users, without going through centralized web giants.

Concretely, the imagined application is based on Smart Contracts Qubic allowing to manage interactions, the remuneration of suppliers, and the quality of the services rendered. The Testnet has offered them an ideal playground to experience a first functional version of this new kind market.

Throughout the hackathon, the team was able to combine pragmatism and audacity. “” We had dozens of ideas, but we had to go to the point to deliver something solid in 48 hours “Explains a member of the group.

This sense of priorities allowed them not to disperse, while keeping a clear vision of the purpose of the product.
