Crypto, the bull market on borrowed time? The signals that announce the end of euphoria

The crypto market is experiencing a good period, but analysts wonder about the duration of this bullish cycle. Predictions are emerging pointing to a potential end to this trend by 2025.

Historical bitcoin cycles, a key indicator

The crypto world is in turmoil, driven by a bull market that seems to be pushing the limits. However, analysts are scrutinizing historical trends to try to determine when this wave of optimism might subside.

According to Rekt Capital, a renowned crypto analyst with over 411,700 followers on of Bitcoin.

This event, expected around April 20, corresponds to a halving of mining rewards and has historically been followed by a price increase.

However, Rekt Capital underlines also that Bitcoin generally experiences a decline phase just before the “halving”. Investors must therefore remain vigilant in the face of a potential short-term correction, even if the long-term trend appears favorable.

The Shiba Inu and memecoins in ambush

In this euphoric period, “meme currencies” seem to be getting a head start in the altcoin season long awaited by the crypto community. Offbeat cryptos like the Shiba Inu (SHIB), inspired by the famous Japanese dog, are attracting analysts’ enthusiasm.

According to a renowned investor, SHIB could reach new highs during this bull cycle, after an accumulation phase. Even though the current price is approximately 57% below the October 2021 record high of $0.00008616, the Shiba Inu community remains convinced of its rebound potential.

This optimism also extends to other “meme currencies” such as Floki, Dogecoin and Bonk. Analysts predict that these assets will continue to play a major role in capital flows during upcoming bull markets, with investors still attracted to these unusual cryptos.

Towards a smooth end of the cycle or a hard landing?

Despite the ambient enthusiasm, one question remains: when will this bull market end? If analysts expect the cycle to end around 2025 based on Bitcoin’s historical trends, the path to get there could be bumpy, with likely corrections on the way.

Investors must therefore exercise discernment and not be blinded by promises of easy gains. While shitcoins like Shiba Inu may offer short-term profit opportunities, it is crucial to keep in mind their volatile and speculative nature.

A balanced investment strategy, diversifying assets and investment horizons, remains the best approach to navigating this exciting crypto ecosystem. The coming months will tell us if the bull market still has some breathing room, or if a consolidation phase is on the horizon.
