Binance accuses the SEC

LMAO Binance vs. SEC #FireGensler

Court: ‘I want to know if the assets of BAM are transferred abroad. Is this the case or not? I’m amazed that I’ve asked each of the SEC lawyers this question five times.

SEC: ‘Currently, assets are not transferred overseas… We don’t see any money flowing outside of the United States’

The SEC’s statement that Defendants were able to commingle Client Assets or misappropriate Client Assets at will’ is directly contradicted by the SEC’s statements to the Court that the SEC has no no evidence that it ever happened. »

As a reminder, Gurbir S. Grewal, Director of the SEC’s Enforcement Division, was behind this accusation. In fact, he revealed that Binance and CZ were mixing client holdings without their knowledge. Exactly like SBF did with FTX and Alameda Research.

Unfortunately, this kind of practice increases the risk of loss of assets for BNB investors.

The SEC is not so unfazed

The outcome of the Ripple case has taught us that the SEC is not the prerogative of victories in court. Is this the reason for the affront from the Binance administrators?

In any case, Binance.US will not be intimidated by a Gary Gensler already candidate for the position of informal adviser from the crypto exchange.

If approved by a judge, Binance.US will earn this: the SEC will not be able to make statements regarding the crypto exchange at will. These are likely to disturb customers.
