This estimate, carried by Geoff Kendrick, responsible for the Crypto research of the bank, is based on a strong correlation with the performance of the bitcoin and 2021. At a time when investors scan the signals of a new bullish phase, this institutional position gives the momentum to the Binance crypto.

Geoff Kendrick, manager of cryptos research within the bank declared ::
The BNB has been negotiated almost exactly online with an unpessed Bitcoin and ether basket in terms of yield and volatility.
In other words, its historical behavior in a way reproduces an average of the two largest cryptos on the market.
The bank identifies this May 6, 2025 several key elements which justify this projected trajectory:
- A stable statistical correlation since May 2021: the BNB evolves in parallel with a BTC/ETH basket, which gives its performance a predictable character in a comparative perspective;
- The price projection based on this relationship: if this dynamic is maintained, the price of the BNB could more than quadruple by 2028;
- Binance's strategic weight: “As long as Binance remains one of the largest centralized exchanges (CEX), it is unlikely that the BNB value engines immediately change”says Kendrick;

This analysis is therefore based on observable technical parameters and a hypothesis of continuity of the current market. In other words, its resilience could play against it in a context where innovation becomes the main valuation engine.
