Ultimately, Amazon should benefit from AI tools that are personalized, secure and adapted to its needs. The agreement also provides for Amazon teams to leverage Amazon Bedrock capabilities to develop Anthropic’s AI models.
An Amazon commitment to AI aimed at Web3?
The fact that Amazon is betting such a large sum on the development of AI is not insignificant. This investment, in exchange for which Amazon obtains “a minority share” in Anthropic’s capital, appears to have links to the company’s Web3 projects.
