Crypto.com finally regulated in France

With the explosion of cryptocurrencies, organizations are increasingly making it a point of honor to be regulated. And to fully expand on the French market, you have to comply with the requirements of theACPR (Prudential Control and Resolution Authority) and the AMF (Financial Markets Authority).

As a result, even if the crypto sector wants to be decentralized, many exchanges have managed to obtain their registration. And among these, Crypto.com. Indeed, the fastest growing crypto platform has announcement today that it has registered as a digital asset service provider (PSAN) in France with the AMF.

Kris Marszalek, the CEO of Crypto.com, is extremely proud to receive registration in France from the AMF. According to its statements, the European market is central to the long-term success and growth of its platform.

Crypto.com is growing and continues to expand its ecosystem across the globe. The platform currently has over 50 million users. Marszalek says he looks forward to continuing to work with the AMF and ACPR to provide his clients with a secure, safe and comprehensive platform.

Big success after the restrictions of the French market regulator!

After a rather bumpy start, Crypto.com is finally getting back into the limelight. Between the bear market and certain sanctions, the cryptocurrency platform can now operate on French territory completely legally. After adding it to its blacklist earlier this year, the AMF and the ACPR finally agree to register it as a Digital Asset Service Provider (PSAN).

The exchange thus joins the 14 entities that have obtained their registration. Among others, Coinhouse, Bitcoin Avenue, Paymium, Bitpanda and more recently Binance, Changpeng Zhao’s crypto company. Today’s announcement is part of a major regulatory licensing project by Crypto.com.

Indeed, the crypto company has already obtained many licenses around the world. Among others, the recent approval in principle from the Monetary Authority of Singapore for a major payment institution license. Or registration with the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a cryptocurrency business.

Crypto.com has been in the market for six years and since then the platform has excelled in one area: evolution. Registration with the AMF opens up a wide range of possibilities for the platform in France. In addition, with its various approvals in many countries, there is no doubt that it still has many surprises in store.
