Web3 pros confident in crypto despite challenges
Web3 professionals’ confidence is rooted in deep motivations. Sarah Howe, Director of Talent Acquisition at Consensys, emphasizes: “ The mission of blockchain technology and the values of Web3 – decentralization, freedom, innovation, transparency and self-sovereignty – strongly motivate these professionals. » This vision inspires 75% of employees to stay in the sector, well beyond simple social benefits.
